Happy Tuesday!
It’s been quite a week, so let’s just dive in!
The website’s new look has gone over quite well with readers. There will be a few more additions coming, including an open submission list, more services added to the author resources listing, and the updated author directory from all the forms that we have received. All will be completed by June 1.
As some of you may have heard already on my posts, I am doing a ten-day challenge with four other authors. This one is Deep Sea Splatter and will be released on May 25th. The covers, all designed by the incredible Christy Aldridge aka Grim Poppy, have been posted on Facebook, Twitter, and IG and the other authors are Lucas Mangum, Brian Berry, Judith Sonnet, and Travis Davis. My story title is Sirens & Seaweed.
Besides the challenge, I have two other stories in the works for a project, the soon to be released Unmasked, and a few more releases coming up to be announced soon.
I did announce a new reviewer to the team on Saturday, Chaz Williams has been making quite the name for himself on IG, TikTok, and Twitter with his indie book reviews and we are very happy to have him on board. I anticipate two more team members to be announced within the next month along with the creation of the Uncomfortably Dark Disciple Facebook group for all the followers of the site. You can expect all the website features, promotions, cover reveals and more to be posted to this group on a weekly basis.
For those following the Transformation story, it is now well over 30K words, when I only planned for it to be a short story. I expect this to hit around 50k words and plan to release it wide sometime in late August, after the early full release to those on the Patreon in late June. It will be a full paperback and digital release to all platforms, with all Patreon subscribers getting a free digital copy first.
I’ll wrap this up here. Thanks for reading, hope you are well, hope to see you on the Patreon or the socials soon!
Until next time, I am here, dark and uncomfortable!
