This thread will be dedicated to the Dark Dozen Anthologies. Feel free to use this thread to post your thoughts or reviews on The Baker's Dozen or Trapped.
The Baker's Dozen:
As many of you know, The Baker's Dozen was the 2022 Splatterpunk Award winning anthology, (in a tie with the incredible Body Shocks anthology by Ellen Datlow) and was published in November of 2021. It is available on Audible, eBook, and paperback on Amazon, Paperback can be ordered through B&N, and the eBook is also available on godless.com. The eBook and paperback only contain the artwork and the stories, while the interviews appear in the limited edition.
The limited-edition hardcover is only available through my website, Uncomfortably Dark. The limited-edition is printed on glossy jet-black pages with white font for the stories, with the Dark Dozen interviews and artwork printed on crisp white pages. The interviews only appear in the limited-edition. The cover art for both versions was created by Don Noble and the interior artwork was custom drawn by John Kostov.
This was an invite only project that consisted of 12 extreme horror authors and myself and was my first big project as an editor. The book was well-received and later went on to receive the Splatterpunk nomination and then the award in August of 2022.

TRAPPED:
The 2022 Dark Dozen anthology, Trapped, also consists of 13 pieces of horror beginning with an opening poem by the amazing Lee Murray, and a foreword by Steve Stred. These tales had to center around the idea of being trapped, by any definition. This group of authors nailed it with their stories and the variety of concepts that I received was incredible. None of them went in the same direction and each one was truly horrifying in its premise.
Trapped is available in paperback and eBook on Amazon, eBook on godless.com, and the limited-edition hardcover is being printed now. They can be pre-ordered on my site and are printed as a matching piece to The Baker's Dozen. Covers are by Don Noble, interior art by John Kostov. The narration for Audible is also underway.

Uncomfortably Dark Horror proudly presents the second Dark Dozen Anthology, Trapped.
12 tales of terror stemming from a single word. Trapped.
What would you do if you were trapped, alone, and afraid, with no one to help, no way out? How far would you go to survive? What could you endure?
The authors in this anthology pulled no punches and the stories within these pages will leave a mark on you long after the tales are told.
You may even find yourself trapped, held hostage, until every horrific word has been consumed.
Authors include Lee Murray, Eric Butler, Jae Mazer, Steve Stred, Daemon Manx, James G. Carlson, Brian Asman, Tylor James, Regina Watts,
M Ennenbach, River Dixon, Rayne Havok, and Nikolas P. Robinson. Foreword written by Steve Stred.
