Hey everyone!
Just a few quick updates this week. Writing news remains mostly the same, getting the upcoming releases ready to go. Those are The Unicorn Killer on godless on March 21, paperback release will follow. The Generator with Nikolas P. Robinson, Eric Butler, and M Ennenbach on April 8th, and Bishop: Man vs Monster on April 13. My live Patreon story, “Transformation,” is coming along nicely and I can’t wait to finish this one over the summer and share the finished product with my patrons, first, this fall. All Patreons will receive a free signed copy of this novella.
The “American Cannibal” anthology is out now and contains my story, “The Lost Diary,” centered around the mystery of Roanoke. I have another story in the “Just A Girl” anthology from Sinister Smile Press that will be released in time for Authorcon 2, called “Hell on the Highway.” I have quite a few more anthology stories that will be coming out this year, so look for those details in future updates.
For author chats this week, I had a great talk with author Felix I.D. Dimaro who was featured in my Black History month interviews. We had an in-depth conversation about marketing, promoting, and the benefits of newsletters. It’s always great hearing what is working, or not working, for my peers and learning about new ideas that I might be able to try out.
For podcast news, I am recording an episode with the Dead Headspace team on Saturday with some of the authors from American Cannibal, and tomorrow night, I am recording an episode on Terrifying Tomes of Terror with Chance the Curator. I’m really looking forward to both episodes, sure to be a fun time.
Other than working on my projects, I have been getting stock ready for Authorcon and I’m very excited for this event. I am on two panels this year and I’m also a judge for the Gross-out contest! It’ll be great to see so many new friends and meet some new readers. Hope to see you there!
That’s all for my updates for this week. I am here. I am dark and always uncomfortable. How was your week?
